What is Enough?

We are often encouraged to keep pushing for more: more output, recognition, results... For some of us, "more" has become a default state. We don't question it.

But when we chase "more" without pause, we never actually arrive. This constant striving is also one of the fastest routes to burnout.

A more helpful approach, perhaps, is to step back and consider what "enough" looks like.

Enough is, after all, a place of satisfaction.

The best time to do this is not in the middle of the rush, but from a place of rest. We make our best decisions when our minds are clear and our bodies are no longer running on empty.

And remember, your "enough" does not have to match anyone else’s. It only needs to make sense for you.

What would it feel like to stop climbing for a moment and embrace the "enough" we already have?
