Let’s Stop Chasing Unspoken Awards

These certificates don’t exist:

⭐️ Never said no.

⭐️ Skipped lunch all year.

⭐️ Took the fewest breaks.

⭐️ Worked the longest hours.

⭐️ Replied to emails the fastest.

⭐️ Attended every meeting (even the pointless ones).

Yet most of us have tried to "win" them at some point, despite knowing that constantly pushing ourselves this way doesn’t improve performance.

Sustainable productivity starts when we stop chasing unspoken awards and take our wellbeing seriously. Then we can focus on our most important work. To do well, you need to be well.
