Wellbeing Powers Performance

A cartoon-style illustration of a tin of spinach next to a strong flexed arm. Below, the words “WELLBEING → PERFORMANCE” emphasise that wellbeing drives better performance.

We often think of wellbeing and performance as opposites: you can look after yourself and your needs OR get results.

But that’s just not true.

Wellbeing is not the opposite of performance. It powers it.

Just like Popeye needed his spinach, we need wellbeing practices (good sleep, real breaks, healthy boundaries) to fuel our personal and professional productivity and performance.

Wellbeing powers performance.
