Take a Break Before You Need One

Resting when you are already exhausted is too late.

If you want to be productive (and sustain that productivity), try to notice when your energy is starting to dip, not when it has already run out.

Better still, anticipate those dips.

Scheduling regular breaks, even when you still feel fine, helps protect your wellbeing and enhance performance.

Don’t wait until your battery is empty to take a break today.
