Has anyone ever told you that "feedback is a gift"?

Recently, I delivered a course for leaders and managers on having better feedback conversations.

Over the years, I have taught many "soft skills", such as confidence, presentation, and communication skills, and I continue to do so. But I've always struggled to see them as "soft".

Every situation presents us with two handles. One leads to frustration and negativity, while the other offers understanding and growth. The choice of which handle to grasp is ours.
