Sleep is Productive

Growth happens when you sleep. Your body doesn’t just switch off; it gets to work.

When you sleep:

  • Your brain processes the day, storing new information and making connections.

  • Your body repairs itself, healing, restoring energy, and strengthening your immune system.

  • Your creativity and decision-making get a boost.

It’s like planting a seed: in the light, you nurture it. But at night time, roots deepen, and growth begins.

Sleep is productive. Prioritising rest isn’t a luxury; it’s the foundation of everything.

How do you prioritise sleep in your routine? I've started time-blocking my sleep window in my calendar. This is not to remind myself when to sleep, as I have a solid routine. But it reminds me of the impact of a full day, and warns me if I am going to be late to bed so that I can adjust.
