Exercise: Before and After

I’m rarely in the mood to exercise. Dragging myself to the gym or for a run often feels like the hardest part.

But I never regret it.

Movement supports physical health, boosts energy, and lifts mood. That shift in how I feel afterwards is exactly why I keep showing up (even when I don’t feel like it).

You don’t need to go all out. A short walk or some stretches in the kitchen; it all counts.
