Energy Fluctuations Are Normal

Expecting your energy levels to be 100% all day, every day, is unrealistic.

Energy fluctuations are normal.

Instead of placing unrealistic expectations upon ourselves, let's focus on what we can control: taking breaks, fuelling our bodies well, and giving ourselves space to recharge.

It’s OK to feel low-energy sometimes. Those dips don’t define your productivity or worth.

This is a gentle reminder to tune into what your body needs today. Let go of the pressure to always be “on” and embrace the natural rhythm of your energy.

Work with your energy, not against it.
